Smart Design

SMARTRUSS® system is the most technological advanced roof truss solution specially designed by SUPRACADD™ software. Various laboratory load testing data have been set to computer aided design software to form the basis for truss design and analysis. Customized, accurate designed and detailed trusses are  manufactured as per your building specification and construction plan to deliver extensively engineered trusses for roof support.

Smart Manufacturing, Packaging and Transport

A SUPRACADD™ software is linked with the engineering design system directly to sophisticated truss manufacturing machine at our production unit.SMARTRUSS® system allows steel roof truss components to be manufactured for precise length with prepunch holes and notching for fast and accurate assembly and easier site installation. All pre-cut truss components are marked and bundled together make it easy for identification and assembling. The SMARTRUSS® can be assembled on site or can be fabricated off site and delivered in pre-assembled in transportable lengths.

Smart Engineering:

SMARTRUSS® are designed to confirm IS 875 standard for load design, the member design and connection criteria are in accordance with British standard BS 5950-5-1998, BS 6399-2-1997 and Australian standard AS 3623-1993, AS 1170-2-1989,AS 4600-1996.

Smart Construction:

SMARTRUSS® is light in weight; high in strength can be fabricated at the factory location or at site. All truss members are marked and pre-punched so it very
easy to assemble at site using self drilling screws. These trusses are assembled at ground according to the Tata BlueScope Steel SMARTRUSS® Handbook guidelines, than lifted, placed and anchored on supporting structure. SMARTRUSS® is light in weight, high strength to weight ratio, it can span trusses results in saving transportation, foundation and site labour costs and finally time.

Smart Protection

LYSAGHT SMARTRUSS® is made from ZINCALUME® steel - zinc and aluminium alloy coated steel with AZ150 coating mass with yield strength of min 550 MPa. On an average ZINCALUME® steel (AZ150 coating) lasts up to four times longer than galvanised (zinc coated Z275 coating) steel in similar environmental condition.
This makes SMARTRUSS® system the best alternative to any conventional roof support system.
